Piascore on MacOS laptop !

Hello,
I am a new Piascore user, discovering the software.
My iPad is really too old, but I had the idea to test it on my MacBook Air, running MacOS VENTURA 13.0.
 Not all of the app's options are available, and I know very well that it won't be able to work completely, but before buying the app, I'd like you to give me your opinion on the feasibility of using the premium version on my laptop.
For now, everything I see in Piascore is very interesting, but I think there are some blockages either because of the discovery version or because of macOS. Can you tell me a bit more about that ?
Thank you in advance, it would be really very useful to be able to continue to use it as I do for the moment.
