The app doesn't work

Could you try below?

• Reboot the app
• Reboot iPad / iPhone
• Shutdown all other apps
• Re-install the app
  • You don't need to pay again with same Apple ID at purchasing / downloading. 
  • Caution : The app data will be deleted)
