How to send a crash log file

To send a crash log file to support team, please see following.

1. Tap "Privacy" in the iPad / iPhone's Setting

2. Tap "Analytics" in the right panel

3. Tap "Analytics Data"

4. Log file list will be shown. Please tap a log file name that starts with "Piascore-". If some files will be shown, please tap a file created at time of crashing. In the following case, the file was created at 2018/04/19 01:12:51.

5. Tap the share button on the top right of view.

6. Please tap any app such as "Mail" for sending a file

7. Please send a log file to support@piascore.com
