- Try to turn on/off Bluetooth and power on/off on the iPad.
- To turn on the power, press and hold a little harder for about 0.5 seconds.
- The device may be trying to connect to a nearby phone or tablet.

Make sure your AirTurn is fully charged.

Make sure you have the latest version of the app and iOS.

Check if you can connect to other devices.

If it does, there may be a problem with the device in question.

Try resetting the pairing

iPad side: Go to Settings > Bluetooth and unpair the device in question.

AirTurn: Turn on the AirTurn, press and hold the power button again for 6 seconds (the red "battery icon" and the blue "Bluetooth icon" will light up), then release it. When reset, the battery icon and Bluetooth icon will flash simultaneously.

The mode setting on the AirTurn PED may not be correct.

Please follow the steps below to reset the mode

Turn on the AirTurn PED.

Press and hold the button with four horizontal lines to the left of the power button.

When the power light (red) lights up twice, release the button with four horizontal lines.

When the power lamp (red) and Bluetooth lamp (blue) blink, the setting is complete.

In case of failure, please start from step 2 again.

Make sure that full keyboard access is turned off in the accessibility settings.

In iPad settings, go to Accessibility > Keyboard > Full Keyboard Access > Off
